Forest Grove Community Church:strives to build up the family and encourages parents to be the spiritual leaders of their kids. It is our goal to aid parents in helping their kids take ownership of their spiritual lives by the time they reach the end of Grade 12. With this in mind, there are several simple truths we emphasize with each age.


Junior and Senior High Age:

  • Genuine Faith-God can be trusted.
  • Spiritual Priorities-God wants to be first in my life.
  • Basic Confidence-God knows who I am, even when I doubt myself.
  • Moral Boundaries-True freedom can only be experienced within God's boundaries.
  • Wise Choices-I have the ability to make the wise choice.
  • Healthy Friendships-My relationships can determine my direction in life.
  • Unselfish Love-God desires me to put others before myself.

Junior High:



"Fusion & Dive are our 2 Jr. High Programs that happen on Friday Nights from 7:30-9:30 p.m. Fusion happens once per month, with the focus of gathering together for a fun activity. Dive happens 3 times per month, with a focus of either small groups, worship, or looking outward. Both are open to anyone in Grade 7 or 8. Please check out our website for more details.

 

 

Senior High:


Tuesday Nights 7:30-10:00 p.m.

We meet every Tuesday night from 7:30-10:00 at Forest Grove Community Church. Our main goal is to help Sr. High youth to choose to receive and proclaim God's love and holiness. Each week we play a game, worship God, learn from the Bible, and discuss stuff (life, God, faith, and anything else happening in the world and people's lives) in small groups. College & Career:

Thursday Nights 7:30-10:00 p.m.

If you are a student, working, establishing your career, or still discerning your next step in life, we would like the opportunity to walk along side you in the journey.
Our mission is to "create an environment for healthy relationships, to experience God in His power, and to be a safe place to both receive ministry and minister to others". We love to worship, to get deep into God's word, to enjoy the freedom to be real in our good and bad times, and to simply... have fun together!
Thursday night's: "C&C:HD" (College & Career - His Direction) As young adults you are making key life decisions...we pray our group can be a place to support you and help you discern His Direction. For more information see our C & C:HD page.

 

 

 

 

LIFEtime - Sunday Morning 10:00-11:00am.

 

Grade 7 & 8 students have 2 options:

  1. LIFEtime Class - Meet in room 213 for our Jr. High LIFEtime class on Sunday mornings from 10am to 10:45am.
  2. Attending or Serving at Kidstuf - Youth are welcome to attend Kidstuf or get involved in serving this ministry.  Please come talk to Pastor Susan or Pastor Marilyn if you want to help out.

 

Grade 9-12 students have 2 options:

  1. Outlet - a time for Bible Study, Discussion, and fellowship in the youth room. Our focus this year will be evangelism (what we believe and how to share it)
  2. Attending or Serving at Kidstuf - Youth are welcome to attend Kidstuf or get involved in serving this ministry.  Please come talk to Pastor Susan or Pastor Marilyn if you want to help out.
