Leadership Team

This group of women faithfully volunteer to make our Morning Out for Moms program run smoothly and successfully. If you have any concerns or questions about anything at MOMs, please feel free to contact any of us. You can email by clicking the name of the person to whom you are sending it to.

Luanne Wiens – Program Coordinator; Registrar
I am blessed to be the mom of Sofia (10), Owen (8) & Beth (6). I have been married to Kevin for 15 years and I enjoy supporting his role as a pastor at FGCC. I enjoy travelling, playing games, and eating out at unique restaurants.
The MOMs program has been a blessing to me the past ten years. I enjoy the morning to relax and connect with other moms and to be challenged and encouraged in my role as mom. This year I am continuing on the leadership team as registrar and helping out where needed. Looking forward to another great semester!
Sue Enns – Program Coordinator; Communications

I have been married to Chris for 18 years and we have been blessed with 3 kids, Damien (10), Mason (8), and Lucy (5). In my spare time I like to go out with friends, be slightly crafty, bake, and sew. This is my 7th year on the MOMs leadership team, and I’ll be filling the roles of treasurer, communications, and whatever other planning & details need to get done. I’m honoured to continue to serve in this important ministry, and love seeing new moms come find refreshment and a refocusing in their lives.

Lydia Deobald – Volunteer Appreciation

I have been married to Ray for 9 years & we have two daughters, Skye (7yrs) & Kenzie (5yrs). As a family we love to travel, drink coffee, be at the beach (preferably the ocean!), and do some low-key activity together. I really enjoy going for a good long walk, going for coffee, cooking, and finding fun ways to stay fit & healthy.

I have attended the MOMs program for 3 years now. I love the relaxed environment where we can come & be refreshed each week & learn such valuable lessons from our speakers and each other. I am looking forward to helping out wherever I am needed at MOMs this semester .

Kristie Epp – MC; Semester Planning

I have been married to my husband Mark for 10 years and we have 3 wonderful children Samuel (6.5) and Grace (4) and Henry (2). We moved to Saskatoon 3 years ago and I started attending MOMs right away. It has been such a blessing to me! We had no friends or family here, and MOMs was such a great way to connect with other moms, the church and establish some great friendships. I have had so much fun being the MC for the last 2.5 years.

I love spending time outside (when it isn’t freezing out), spending time with the people, working out and reading in my spare time.

Laurie Pauls – Table Leader / Mentor Mom Coordinator
This fall Josh and I will be celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary. We have two energetic and spirited daughters: Kaylin is 7 and Raya is 5. We enjoy being outdoors, visiting the farm (Josh’s parents’), listening to music, and spending time with friends. When I get some “Me” time, it is usually spent reading, writing, or walking my dog.
It’s an honour to serve on the MOMs leadership team. I am the table leader and mentor mom coordinator and enjoy helping with semester planning. I am looking forward to another great semester at MOMs!
Janette Willms – Childcare Coordinator

I am a mother of two delightful girls Maia (3) and Hannah (1). My husband is Andrew Willms and we have been married for almost 9 years. As a family we love doing anything outside – walking, biking in the summer, trudging through the snow in the winter, and especially hiking in the mountains (my favourite!) when we are visiting my family in Calgary. As for myself I enjoy learning anything crafty, tackling house projects, working in the yard in the summer, singing, dancing around with my daughters, shopping, watching movies and hanging out with extended family.

This will be my fourth year attending MOMs group, and second year on the leadership team as Childcare Coordinater. Within this role I look forward to getting to know some of the people who pour their love into our children every week. I am especially excited for another semester of friendship building, and growing in the knowledge and wisdom brought to us by our amazing speakers and by other moms!
Miranda Peters – Food Coordinator
My husband Chris and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary this August. We have been blessed with 3 little girls, Harper(4), Madigan(2) and the newest addition Briar(2 months). I love being outdoors, especially at the lake or my parents farm. I also enjoy anything artsy, home decorating, DIY, painting – essentially anything that allows me to be creative.
I started attending MOMs a few years ago and have found it to be such a gift as I parent my girls. I am so excited to be serving on this team and to be able to give back into this ministry as I know how refreshing and uplifting it can be.
Stephanie Riediger – Semester Planner / MC
My husband Jon and I will be celebrating six years of marriage this year.  We have a two-year-old daughter named Emery and another little one on the way in May! I enjoy trying new recipes, DIY projects, organizing, planning parties, spending time outdoors with my family, and being with people! When I’m not busy keeping up with our little girl, I work part-time at an orthodontic office where I love meeting and interacting with the families who come to our office.
I have attended the MOMs program for the last two years.  I’m thankful for the opportunity that this program has given me to meet new people, to be encouraged and refreshed, and to be supported in this new journey through parenthood.  This semester I will be transitioning into the role of MC.
Cloe Wiens – Semester Planner / Communications
My name is Cloē Wiens and I’m mom to 2 – Lukas  (21 months) and Lyla (2 months) and wife to my husband Kyle. As a family, we love road tripping, camping and playing board games. We serve together at the Jr High ministry at our church and love spending our Friday evenings with the youth and other leaders. I enjoy spending time with friends and family over a cup of coffee and being creative in whatever way that ends up happening…. cooking, baking, or using my hands to make pretty things. I have attended MOMs for 3 semesters but this semester will be my first on the leadership team!
